Booking Deadline

Reservations should be made no later than Friday, August 15, 2025, to receive the discounted group rate. After this cut-off date, the hotel will release unreserved rooms for general sale. At that time, we will not be able to guarantee availability of rooms.


Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made by 12:00pm on September 4, 2025, to avoid penalty. Please contact the hotel directly for cancellations. 

Parking Information

Valet Parking (parking is limited and based upon availability)
  • Overnight valet parking rates:
    • $48 per night for standard size vehicles
    • $55 per night for full size vehicles (SUV, Van, Truck)
      *Property does not accept and cannot accommodate parking for moving trucks/vans, busses, RV’s, etc.
  • Daily valet parking rates: 
    • $30.00 for 0 – 8 hours (inclusive of tax) no in-and-out privileges
    • More than 8 hours will be charged overnight rate
