This year's Technical Conference will feature plenty of Tabletop Exhibit opportunities, including a limited number of Supplier Spotlights. Here's your chance to connect with customers and showcase your products and services to over 150 conference attendees, decision-makers, and prospective buyers.

Shipping Information

Packages for the meeting may be delivered prepaid to the hotel three working days prior to the meeting date. The hotel address is:

You are responsible for the return shipping on all packages. ‎A charge will be applied for receiving and shipping based on the number of packages being shipped to the hotel.‎

  • $300.00 per pallet
  • ‎$50.00 per crate or display case
  • ‎$5.00 per box

Tabletop Exhibit Details


You will be provided with a 6’x30” fully skirted table with two chairs and a tent card identification sign. Exhibitors may set up starting at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, October 18. All exhibitors must be out of the room by 3:30 PM that same day to allow the staff to clean the room. Exhibitors may begin entering again at 5:00 PM. All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit area no later than 3:45 PM on Wednesday, October 19.
